Teen Empowerment Series
Each session in this TEEN class focuses on a different theme of mindfulness and will include a 30-minute relaxation yoga practice.
The Yoga Within with Katie and Kerrie
Each session will include a 45-minute discussion of The Yamas and Niyamas by Deborah Adele followed by a 45-minute yoga practice.
Athletes, Optimize Recovery with Yoga at Inner Bliss!
This 75-minute special class will cover principles of recovery with a focus on how yoga can facilitate optimal restoration in athletes of all sports, ages, and levels.
