Athletes, Optimize Recovery with Yoga at Inner Bliss!

This 75-minute special class will cover principles of recovery with a focus on how yoga can facilitate optimal restoration in athletes of all sports, ages, and levels.

Class includes a yoga practice rooted in science, designed to help the mind, body, and spirit adapt and recover from the physical, mental, and physiological load of training. Students will learn a recovery ritual, a mini recovery yoga practice that can be done at home, whenever needed.
