Savasana (Corpse Pose) is much more than a moment's rest at the end of a yoga class.

The essential pose is crucial for calming the mind and body, here are additional benefits:

Unwind with a one-on-one, 20-minute assisted Savasana. Head-to-toe hands on adjustments, massage, acupressure, Reiki, aromatherapy and lots of LOVE will help you drift into the bliss of total relaxation and an enhanced connection to this pose.

Please note: you will not sign up or pay prior, bring cash or check* for Sally the day of the workshop.  

20-minute slots are limited and will run consecutively from 11:00-2:00 in the Westlake small studio. Reserve a spot by emailing Sally at sally.yogatherapy@gmail.com. All remaining spots will be available for drop in on a first come, first serve basis.
