Yoga for Glutes and Hip Flexors with Sally Saturday, March 18, 1:30-3:30pm in River $40.00

In this fun and educational workshop you will gain a greater understanding of the role of two vital sets of muscles that work together: the gluteals and the hip flexors.

 The first hour will be a lecture and demo format to teach you why these muscles are important both on and off your yoga mat. The second hour will consist of an All Levels Yoga Flow class that will put your new knowledge into action in a fun a challenging way.

This workshop is great for yoga teachers and anyone who wants to gain a better understanding of anatomy, as well as people who spend long hours sitting in chairs. Many people with low back pain can benefit from this class, especially for issues related to excessive anterior pelvic tilt and the SI joint.
