Mini 5-Day Experience with Katie and Michelle
Join us for a Mini 5-Day Experience with Katie and Michelle from Monday, February 14th through Friday, February 18th.
Experience prep meeting held on Saturday, February 12th from 1:30-2:15 pm at the Westlake Studio. Virtual Zoom option will be sent also.
WHOLE: Feed your body UNPROCESSED, whole foods making delicious, life-affirming choices from veggies, fruit, nuts, fresh fish & meat, food that is unprocessed and in a natural state.
YOGA: Over the course of the 5 days, practice yoga (virtual or in studio) with our inspired teachers 4 times and one day of active rest (walking outside in nature, bodywork, massage, hot bath, etc).
HYDRATE: Drink a half-gallon of water each day. Limit caffeine to one beverage each day. Consume no alcohol or soda/pop for the 5 days.
SIT STILL & LISTEN: Sit still and breathe for 5-10 minutes each day. Listen to your body. Notice. Do your best.
GIVE: Do something once a day to give back: Buy someone coffee, leave someone a love note, go out of your way to help someone in need. Find a way to give.
GRATITUDE: A practice of getting still & saying your own gratitude prayer/offering prior to eating your meals or anytime it works for you!
MANTRA: an introduction to, and encouragement for creating life enhancing mantras to use daily to help shift your thoughts and mind patterns to uplifted, life-affirming state.
