Mantra & Restore - Saturday, November 4

Join Anna in this exploration of Bhakti & Restorative Yoga.

During the first half of class expect to take a deep dive into the power of Bhakti Yoga; the Yoga of Devotion, through chanting mantras and translating what they mean. Chanting has the ability to deepen concentration, focus and bring clarity to the mind.

For the second half of class, nourish the body and soul through Restorative Yoga. Holding poses for an extended period of time has the power to counteract the stress of our busy day to day lives and never ending 'to-do' list. Experience an overall sense of ease in the body, lower your heart rate and blood pressure.

While we have props to share at the studio I would encourage you to bring props from home for the Restorative Yoga portion of class.

Together we will open our hearts and rejuvenate the body and mind as we move into Fall.
