Take yourself from Basics to All Levels or a Hot Powerful Flow in a series of 5 classes. Each 90-minute class will be an intensive look at core components of your Vinyasa Flow practice:
- September 26, 2017: Sun Salutes & Chaturanga with Dawn
- October 3, 2017: Standing Poses/Balance with Claire
- October 10, 2017: Arm Balances & Inversions with Sally
- October 17, 2017: Shoulder/Hips/Backbends with Shannon
- October 24, 2017: Yin & Meditation with Kathy
Classes will take place on the Westlake Small Studio on Tuesday nights, beginning September 26th and carries through October 24, 2017. Class time is 6:30pm - 8:00pm.
