Functional Flow Series: Healthy through the Holidays Sunday Afternoons
With support from local physician Dr. Rebecca Fredrick, D.O., this wrap-around 4-part series will provide you with a profound physical practice, as well as the science behind why these practices work.

- Sun Dec 3 / Balanced & Bright - A Vinyasa Flow for building balance, resilience and strength when time is short and schedules tight.
- Sun Dec 10/ Mood Boost - A Vinyasa Flow that focuses on managing difficult emotions during stressful times, that leaves you feeling light and clear.
- Sun Dec 17/ Peace & Ease - A "Yin-yasa" class focusing on longer holds and consistent breath patterns to build patience and grace in the midst of hustle and bustle.
Each 75-minute class is designed for an All Levels student, followed by a 15-minute topic discussion. $25/class, or $85 for all 4. Advanced registration required.
