Inner Bliss has been busy helping out with community initiatives offered by Cleveland sports teams!
Inner Bliss teacher Marisa Tingle stated, "We are excited to support the Cleveland Browns First and Ten movement beginning January, 2016! It is such a beautiful way to spread the energy of love and service in CLE, and our team at Inner Bliss will be uniting as a team to contribute to their efforts."
Through First and Ten, the Browns are asking fans to commit to volunteer 10 hours of their time a year to make their communities better. In January, teachers gathered to assemble bags to hand out to those in need of basic supplies this time of year:
Also in January, the Cavs participated in NBA Fit Week through the team's Fit as a Pro initiative, advocating fans of all ages to “Be Active, Eat Healthy and Play Together.” During a home game, Inner Bliss joined local health and wellness organizations on the main concourse at Quicken Loans arena highlighting the Cavs' efforts:
