Another jaw dropping statistic: $800 million is spent on annually on anti-anxiety drugs worldwide.

We know that mindfulness practices including yoga and meditation lead us to become happier, healthier people. When we achieve a relaxed state and a renewed sense of purpose, we are better prepared to take on daily work. Devoting a period of time every day to reestablish your personal vision, goals and convictions increases confidence and reduces stress!
