Inner Bliss Yoga Studio Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the website innerblissyogastudio.com, in-studio and online classes, workshops, events, and related services offered by Inner Bliss Yoga Studio (“Inner Bliss,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), with studios at 19537 Lake Road, Rocky River, Ohio 44116 and 30311 Clemens Road, Westlake, Ohio 44145. By using our website, booking a class, or opting in to messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our messaging program.
Classes, bookings, and payments
Class space is limited. Reservations are made through Mindbody, the IBY App, or another method we provide. Fees, packages, workshops, and expiration dates are those shown at purchase. Cancel in Mindbody before class start time to avoid a charge, unless a listing states a different deadline. Packages and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable except as stated at purchase or required by law. We may change the schedule, teacher, or format, and may cancel a class when needed.
Studio conduct and assumption of risk
Yoga and movement involve risk of injury. Participate at your own pace and tell your teacher about injuries or limits. You are responsible for your own body. Students 16 and under must attend with a parent. Students under 18 need a parent-signed form. We may refuse or end participation for unsafe or disruptive conduct. Our studios are substance-free.
SMS program
Program name: Inner Bliss Yoga Studio SMS.
If you opt in, we may send recurring text messages about class schedules, booking and waitlist updates, schedule or instructor changes, workshop and event reminders, and occasional studio offers such as intro packs, membership specials, and seasonal workshops. Message frequency varies, about one message per week. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to texts to buy a class, package, or workshop. SMS consent is separate from email signup and from acceptance of these Terms.
How to opt in: enter your mobile number and check the unchecked SMS consent box on a form on our website, or another method where we clearly disclose this program and you take an affirmative step to join. We only text numbers for which we have that consent.
Opt out at any time by replying STOP. You will receive a confirmation and no further marketing texts unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact us at (440) 331-3940 or michelle@innerblissyogastudio.com.
We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Website use
You may use the site for personal, lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or copy our content for commercial use without permission. Class descriptions, photos, and site content belong to Inner Bliss or its licensors.
Accounts and third parties
Booking may use Mindbody or other providers. Their terms also apply to those services. We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from ours.
Disclaimer and limit of liability
The site and services are provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by Ohio law, Inner Bliss is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injury arising from participation, except where liability cannot be limited. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. SMS program changes will appear here and, when required, at the point of opt-in.
