Yoga Meets You Where You Are

Some of you may know me as the manager of Inner Bliss Yoga Studio.

What you may not know is that I’ve been practicing yoga for over 21 years. 

As I left class this morning, I was reminded once again that I have never regretted going to yoga. Sometimes it’s hard to make it to your mat… there’s always something else on the to-do list, right?

But every single time I walk out of class, I feel grateful.

My mind is calmer, my body feels cared for, and I leave feeling better than when I arrived.

Years ago, I craved the powerful flow classes. Now that I’m in my 50s, I often find myself drawn to slower classes.  One of the beautiful things about yoga is that it meets us where we are. Our bodies change over time, and sometimes even from day to day, so our practice changes too.  

Whether you’re brand new to yoga, a runner looking for a good stretch, someone recovering from a busy season of life, or simply seeking a little self-care I’m here to help!
