10 Day Experience: September 12 - September 22 with Tammy Lyons

Welcome to the 40th EXPERIENCE! 

Summer is coming to an end! To feel your best, commit to these 10 days and 7 practices to tune in, clear out and get ready to enjoy life in the most uplifted state!

The Experience is more than a cleanse!

These 7 friendly practices have been carefully curated to help you break free from self-defeating habits, processed food, dehydration, mindlessness, and heaviness. While this offering is not a weight-loss plan, students often note they lose weight in the process.

The framework provided supports you in experiencing the blissful benefits of clean, unprocessed foods, hydration, a regular yoga practice, learning to listen to your body’s intelligence, and the power of stillness, gratitude, giving & mantras!

Not comfortable coming to the studio? No problem! The Experience can be done completely from home, virtually!

What you commit to, the 7 Practices:

  1. NOURISH: Feed your body UNPROCESSED, whole foods making delicious, life-affirming choices from veggies, fruit, nuts, fresh fish & meat, food that is unprocessed and in a natural state.

  2. YOGA: Over the course of the 10 days, practice yoga (virtual or in studio) with our inspired teachers 8 times, once on your own and 1 day of restoration (nap, bodywork, massage, hot bath, etc.)

  3. HYDRATE: Drink a half-gallon of water each day. Limit caffeine to one beverage each day. Consume no alcohol or soda/pop for the 10 days.

  4. SIT STILL & LISTEN: Sit still and breathe for 5-10 minutes each day. Listen to your body. Notice. Do your best.

  5. GIVE: Do something once a day to give back: Buy someone coffee, leave someone a love note, go out of your way to help someone in need. Find a way to give.

  6. GRATITUDE: A practice of getting still & saying your own gratitude prayer/offering prior to eating your meals or anytime it works for you!

  7. MANTRA: an introduction to, and encouragement for creating life enhancing mantras to use daily to help shift your thoughts and mind patterns to an uplifted, life-affirming state.

NOTE: Classes included in The Experience expire on September 22, 2022.
