The Rock Hall and Inner Bliss Yoga Studios are proud to host guest teacher, Bianca Sapetto-Finck for a special live-streamed class offering:

Lunar Yoga with the Full Harvest Moon in Pisces and Fall Equinox (Northern Hemisphere)

Lunar Yoga is an original class series celebrating the cycles of the Moon, developed and taught by Bianca Sapetto-Finck, wife of Robin Finck Nine Inch Nails Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Inductee.

This unique twist on a yoga series occurs every Full and New Moon, tying together the lunar cycles, mythology, astrology, archetype, art, and magical traditions with yoga breath, movement & meditation.

Class begins with a presentation where Bianca describes all things to do with the Full Harvest Moon in Pisces and the Fall Equinox, prepping you for the class.

The yoga class embodies these principles into a physical practice that takes place at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and is live-streamed to registrants worldwide.

Come and submerge your body and soul into the Piscean waters of awareness and the Fall Equinox’s healing powers of balanced transformation. (Artwork by Morgan Sorne)

The Full Harvest Moon on September 20 dives down into the deep waters of Pisces and explores dualities: watery Pisces is the end of the cycle in the wheel of the zodiac while the Fall Equinox is a time of beginnings. It’s Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, Yin and Yang, inhale and exhale. The Fall Equinox brings balance, being the day of the year when light and dark are in perfect equilibrium. It is a time of change as we say goodbye to summer and welcome Autumn.

Class fee is $20. Pre-registration is required, registration closes at 5pm on the day of the event (Sept 20).

You will receive an email containing the live stream link an hour prior to the event. Please have a yoga mat and any available props (blocks, bolster, blanket) ready when class begins. An online recording will be made available to all registrants and will be viewable for 2 weeks.
