Sometimes we don’t make it to yoga because we are too tired “to do” yoga. Or, we feel overwhelmed by life and having one more thing “to do” is too much. Or, we simple are out of the habit of “doing yoga”.

Really yoga, different from other ways of being in our bodies, is about receiving. Rather than “doing yoga”, we arrive to “receive yoga”.

If you imagine how you feel in savasana, receiving the benefits of the practice and remember that feeling of receiving, your practice and the idea of going to practice, feels different. It feels better, more expansive, more inviting.

Come to your mat today and receive.
