The Wandering Yogi: PAI Yoga in Columbus, OH

I recently took a road trip to see my friend Chan who opened PAI Yoga in Columbus.

Chan used to be a student from Inner Bliss so I was really excited to go check out her studio and see what she has done. It's beautiful!

The space is very welcoming, clean, friendly and airy. I loved the look of the studio with the industrial ceilings and beautiful wood floors. The boutique was darling as well and I bought myself the cutest tee shirt that I cannot seem to take off!

In balancing poses you simply must be present to hold them, you cannot be thinking about anything else.
— Chan, Founder and Owner, PAI Yoga

When I entered the practice space I set my mat up front and off to the side for the 75 minute Hot powerful flow class. Chan led a challenging yet purposeful practice complete with lots of twists and turns. Her direction was good and she clearly explained how to get into each pose. We practiced a lot of balancing poses which is typically a challenge for me, but I know it is what I need. Chan says "in balancing poses you simply must be present to hold them, you cannot be thinking about anything else," and she is certainly right.

I highly recommend this studio if you are ever in Columbus. Chan and her team will treat you right! Where should I wander to next?
