If anxiety feels like it’s always humming in the background, this group offers both understanding and embodied relief.
This series was created for women navigating the demands of full and meaningful lives.
You may be balancing a career, caring for children or aging parents, supporting a partner, managing a household, or simply carrying the invisible mental load that comes with being the one others depend on.
From the outside, you may appear to have everything together. Inside, however, you may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, anxious, or disconnected from yourself.
If you’ve become so busy caring for everyone else that you’ve lost touch with your own needs, this series offers an opportunity to pause, restore, and reconnect.
Each week we combine:
Practical, easy-to-apply anxiety management tools
Nervous system education to help you understand what’s happening in your body
Gentle, therapeutic yoga and breathwork to support regulation and resilience
This is a structured, skills-based group designed to help you build confidence in managing anxiety — both mentally and physically. The first hour focuses on psychoeducation using evidence-based therapeutic skills grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
Group process is highly valued for relational insight and healing, giving you a unique opportunity to join other individuals who are looking for a whole-person approach to a peaceful mindset.
There will be a structured, educational format as well as time for personal reflection and sharing. The second hour integrates yoga, breathwork, and guided relaxation to support your nervous system balance.
The yoga is intentional and therapeutic in nature, integrating the tools you learn in the first hour to encourage your body and mind to integrate a new way of thinking and being.
About Meghan:
Meghan completed her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from John Carroll University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), practicing as a psychotherapist.
In her practice as a psychotherapist, she believes in holding a warm, nonjudgmental space so that you can explore the deeper, more vulnerable aspects contributing to any challenges you may be facing. Meghan believes our past informs our present, but that it does not place a limit on who we can become or what goals we can achieve. Meghan is committed to helping clients cultivate healthier thought patterns and behaviors through a strengths-based lens, incorporating cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, body + breath work, and a variety of other techniques that best suit the individual, couple, or group.
Meghan has practiced yoga since 2002 and has been teaching since 2008. This practice has enriched her life in all facets: mind, body & spirit. Meditation on breath and movement has opened her awareness to unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, emotions and behaviors while gaining strength and flexibility. Meghan believes our emotional “state” shapes how we think, feel, connect, and move through the world. She is passionate about integrating proven mental health therapies with yoga practices to help others refocus their energy on what matters deeply to them.

Investment and Registration
This is an 8-week therapeutic series designed to build upon each week's learning and shared group experience. Because each session builds on the previous one, participants are asked to commit to attending the series in its entirety.
Investment: $840 for the complete 8-week program.
Your registration includes:
Eight 2-hour sessions
One hour of therapist-led skills-based group therapy each week
One hour of restorative yoga and nervous system regulation practices each week
Group materials and resources
To create a supportive and connected group experience, participation is limited to 10 women. Because your space is reserved exclusively for you and group size is intentionally kept small, tuition is non-refundable and cannot be prorated for missed sessions.
We encourage participants to register only if they are able to make the full commitment, as the greatest benefit comes from experiencing the series from beginning to end alongside the same group of women.
