This special three-hour outdoor mini-retreat celebrates community, connection and auspiciously falls on the day of the Total Lunar Eclipse.
This Lunar Eclipse invites us to let go of what no longer serves us and create space for new possibilities. It's a time of renewal and release as well as beginnings and endings.
It occurs in the sign of Pisces which will support us in closure, forgiveness and the release of dreams and stories that no longer serve us.
This is a potent time to witness and allow the energy of eclipse season to usher in change and open us up to new possibilities.

Our mini retreat includes:
A garden and mini orchard tour: Learn about North Ridge Farm’s regenerative practice of growing food with Cory and Dena. They’ll show you what they are growing from soil to seed to plant! Later enjoy the fruits of their harvest in our garden-to-table family style meal curated and prepared by Dena.
A 75-minute all-levels yoga practice with a centering ceremony, astrological wisdom, breathwork, asana, bhakti, meditation, and yoga nidra. Co-taught by Anna and Katie.
A slow intentional brunch that features the farm’s organic vegetables, eggs, fruit — and gracious hospitality! Traditionally, breakfast on a farm is the most important meal of the day. It signals the start of a day of work; a day of feeding and nourishing the land and its inhabitants. This is tied to the belief that you must feed and care for yourself so that you can fully care for and show up for others. Prepared and served by Dena & Cory.
Time to explore the peaceful, gorgeous property at North Ridge Farm. Relax in the shade, visit with the chickens, or stroll through the garden.
