Inner Bliss Summer Yoga Challenge with Jackie Quinn and Katie Brown, June 10 - August 18, 2025

We love this time of year for its long sunny days, free-flowing schedules, and all the fun! We get to loosen our grip on the daily grind and relax into a season of recreation and repose.

In the spirit of playfulness plus a steady commitment to our yoga mats, Jackie and Katie are offering a SUMMER YOGA CHALLENGE to keep us connected to our bodies and breath. This challenge will allow us to prioritize our practice twice a week during the summer months, plus enjoy yoga together with a community of amazing yogis!

The Details:

  • The 2x/week challenge will take place over 10 weeks: Tuesday, June 10-Monday, August 18, 2025. You will feel so good!

  • You can choose any class on the schedule at either studio with any Inner Bliss teacher.  If you are traveling or can’t get to the studio, you can do any of our live-stream classes via Zoom.

  • You can make up or flex classes — take more classes the week before or the week after a summer vacation, for example. As long as you have completed 20 yoga classes by August 18, you will have completed the YOGA CHALLENGE!

  • Fee: $295  for 20 classes includes 20 Inner Bliss classes, kick-off meeting,  weekly emails and an awesome custom hat

  • Yoga challenge classes will not be extended past August 18, no exceptions.

  • Kick-off meeting — Monday,  June 9, 6:30pm at Inner Bliss Westlake or via Zoom. We will walk you through the details of the challenge, review signing up for your classes via Mindbody, and gather together to honor the beginning of our challenge! 

  • Due to the nature of the challenge classes will not be extended past August 18th, no exceptions.
