My yoga journey started in my hometown, Cincinnati, Ohio.

I took my first class when I was home from college on winter break in 2006. The physical component of yoga is what initially appealed to me but I soon fell in love with all aspects of this practice. I completed my 200 hour teacher training in May 2015 at Cleveland Yoga.

I use coming to my mat as a catalyst for transformation. You can expect a solid, empowering vinyasa flow infused with some fun music. I create a space for my students to be themselves and encourage everyone to start where they are. Yoga has been an integral part of my life and I am l eager to share this practice that I love!

My classes are empowering, supportive & intentional. Students can expect a solid, empowering vinyasa flow infused with some fun music. I want all students to take what they need from the practice.

I find peace in nature… it challenges me to live in the present moment. I believe in the healing power of connecting your breath and movement. I love that this practice is adaptable for any season of your life.

I teach yoga because… I want to hold space for my students to be themselves and encourage everyone to start where they are. I've never forgotten the moment in yoga when “it clicked” - when I realized the transformatitive powers of this practice.

I find peace by… slowing down and connecting to my breath and spending time outdoors.

I have been most influenced by… the teachers and students in this community! There is something so powerful when people come together with a shared intention.

Some of my favorite snacks are… popcorn, pretzels & anything salty!

I am happiest when… I’m spending time with family& friends, traveling and practicing yoga!

When I’m not at Inner Bliss, you might find me… running around with my 3 young kids. I love to work out and try new restaurants.

My favorite mantra is… I am enough.

Every day I… strive to live my yoga off the mat and practice gratitude.
