My teaching style is intentional and genuine. I want every class to feel different in its own way and match the energy of my students and I that day.

I hope my students experience peace. I want them to feel the magic that happens when you step out of your mental body and connect breath to movement.

I practice yoga because… yoga is everything to me. The way I live my life, the people I surround myself with, the things that bring me joy. The only thing that can bring me back to my center when everything seems to be going wild is yoga, whether that just means connecting back to my breath, doing an entire flow, or lying in savasana.

I teach yoga because… it provides a safe space for me to ground myself into the present moment. Yoga has seeped into my life off the mat and has created beautiful experiences, friendships, and overall growth. Being able to share this peace with others has been an absolute gift.

I find peace in nature… on hikes, at the beach, watching the sunset.

I have been most influenced by… my mom. She is the strongest woman I know and constantly reminds me of the woman I aspire to be in my life.

Some of my favorite snacks are… charcuterie boards, fruit, and dark chocolate.

I am happiest when… I’m with my friends!

I couldn’t live without… my water bottle and essential oils.

When I’m not at Inner Bliss, you might find me… reading. I absolutely love getting lost in a good book!

My favorite mantra is… I am happy, I am healthy, I am divine.

Every day I… drink tea with lemon when I wake up.
