A Weekend with Max Strom - From The Inside Out (November 8-10)

When we are in pain, we become self-centered and myopic. When we heal, we become more empathetic, self-less, and sympathetic to the pain and welfare of others. It is our gift to others to heal ourselves.
— Max Strom

The healing power of transformational breath-work

Focused breath patterns can spark within us the reawakening of our higher nature, the voice of intuition, wisdom, and conscience. The practices you will learn in this workshop will take you to new depths and inspire you for weeks to come. Max has taken this work around the world to people of many faiths and nationalities. The Extraordinary power of Conscious Breathing Patterns with Max Strom

All levels are welcome. Lecture, breathing patterns & writing.

We currently have an epidemic of stress and anxiety in the world that is stifling happiness, meaning, and connection with each other. In the face of such a pervasive problem, it might seem that something as simple as breathing patterns couldn’t possibly help. But scientific research and Max’s personal experience engaging with tens of thousands of people around the world have both found that utilizing conscious breathing patterns for a few minutes every day is the most productive approach for creating immediate relief from stress and anxiety. In this event, Max will lecture and demonstrate, followed by interactive instruction. Max teaches leaders how to use your breath to trigger more inspiration, focus, health, and better sleep. Be sure to bring writing materials for writing answers to a series of questions that will help you identify the causes of your anxiety.
