Join us for a three-part workshop series for women to learn about chronic fatigue, hormonal imbalances, and brain fog.

There will also be an optional DUTCH test with the guidance of expert performance dieticians from FWDfuel Sports Nutrition, Kylene Bogden and Abby Grimm. 

  • Three one-hour sessions: 2/25, 3/3, and 3/10 at 4:00 pm 

  • Inner Bliss Yoga Studio, Westlake location

Abby Grimm

Abby Grimm is a functionally trained performance dietitian based in Cleveland, OH.

She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Dayton and completed her Master of Science in Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University. 

She works in private practice for FWDfuel Sports Nutrition, a company focused on bridging the gap between conventional sports nutrition and integrative and functional nutrition. She guides individuals on using lifestyle and food as medicine to optimize their health and performance. Abby specializes in helping individuals overcome hormone imbalances, poor gut health, and performance plateaus. 

Abby is on a mission to help individuals understand their physiology, in particular, the critical role nutrition plays in optimizing overall health and human performance.


Kylene Bogden

Kylene Bogden is the performance dietitian for the Cleveland Cavaliers and Co-Founder of FWDfuel Sports Nutrition, a functional sports nutrition practice and blog (fwdfuel.com).

Kylene specializes in a whole-food approach, where she uses individualized nutrition protocols to reverse chronic illness and improve athletic performance.

Kylene previously studied directly under Dr. Mark Hyman at the Cleveland Clinic Center for Functional Medicine where she learned to address food sensitivities, gut health and nutrient deficiencies in order to maximize one's health potential.

Kylene has been quoted as an expert source in publications such as U.S. News and World Report, ESPN, Time, Prevention, The Huffington Post, CBS.com and Women’s Health Magazine.
