My yoga journey began nearly 15 years ago, when I was 13 years old and my mother took me to my first yoga class right here at Inner Bliss.

It was love at first sight (with both yoga and the studio) and I haven’t looked back since. From the very beginning, I found solace and inspiration on my mat. Growing up as a competitive dancer, I immediately was drawn to the benefits of the physical practice. It wasn’t until high school when I fell in love with all aspects and benefits of what yoga could offer. My mat became my home. A sanctuary where I could connect with my inner self and the world around me.

After graduating college in 2017, I embarked on a transformative journey to Thailand and completed my 200HR Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training. Leading with love is the foundation of my approach to teaching yoga. For the past five years, I’ve been teaching in studios throughout New York City. At the end of this past summer, I found myself back in my hometown of Cleveland, where my heart led me right back to the studio where my journey began.

I aspire to create a warm and inclusive space where everyone feels supported. My classes are more than physical exercise; they are an invitation to discover the profound connections that exist within ourselves, with each other, and with the world around us.

I aim to guide and support students in their pursuit of well-being, balance, and a harmonious relationship with their inner and outer worlds. Enabling them to navigate life’s challenges with grace and humility and to find their own path to self-discovery and inner peace through yoga.

I practice yoga because… it allows me to find balance, strength, and a deep sense of connection within myself and the world around me.  

I teach yoga because… it allows me to share my deep passion for this practice with others, just as it has profoundly transformed my own life.

I find peace… On my mat 

I have been most influenced by… My mom. 

Some of my favorite snacks are… Honeycrisp apples & Justin’s peanut butter, Greek yogurt, berries & Purely Elizabeth granola, Hummus & pita chips.

I am happiest when… I’m fully present while practicing yoga and when I’m at the beach with my dog .

I couldn’t live without… My dog & my siblings.

When I’m not at Inner Bliss, you might find me… On a run, playing with my dog, or (most likely) watching The Office.

My favorite mantra is… Starve the ego, feed the soul. 

Every day I… Let go a little more of the things that aren’t serving me.
