My yoga mat has always been, and continues to be one of the safest places I can retreat to.

Yoga helps me have a balance when I have none. It helps me become present and find my flow which translates to calmness outside of the studio.

I welcome the opportunity to learn something new about my body each time. Yoga has allowed me to open my heart to compassion, community, and as ways to find my inner silence and stillness.

My practice is filled with acceptance and surrender and questioning and knowing. What perhaps is the most beautiful thing about yoga is what it means for me may be completely different for you. Breathe after Breath with so much love.
