impermanence.

From the Oxford Dictionary:

noun: impermanence; noun: impermanency

the state or fact of lasting for only a limited period of time.

"she describes the impermanence of human existence"

It is all changing, all of the time. And we are changing moment by moment. The perceived stuck-ness is a mind made limitation. We imagine we are stuck because the mind is on repeat from past experiences or habitual thought patterns.

There are many ways we can free our minds, but we know for sure one way is through moving our bodies, entering a flow state. The breathing and moving frees us and an expansive feeling takes over for moments at a time. It is in that flow state, the elevation, the rise above the past, that we remember impermanence of all things. Come be in the flow with us today:)

Big love,
Tammy
