Yoga 101 for Beginners

Stiff, scared, a little intimidated or even unsure of what yoga really is? We are ready for you!
Yoga 101 is a warm, friendly setting for brand new yogis to experience the healing value of breathing and moving with vinyasa yoga! You can expect a learning environment where you can ask questions.
We will cover basic foundational poses including modifications to fit your needs and abilities as well as the basics of yoga philosophy, how to breathe, and how to link the breath to movement.
Wear comfortable exercise clothing and avoid eating at least one hour prior to class, and arrive 15 minutes early with a water, towel and yoga mat. Don’t have a mat? No problem! You can rent one of ours for $2.
