Pregnant goddess flow is a monthly offering that’s a slower paced vinyasa, at any stage of your pregnancy.
It will strengthen your body, prepare you for labor, and give an opportunity to bond with your growing baby.
This prenatal class will encourage mental centering, focused breathing, and offer some restorative poses to keep you grounded. Use this class to learn how to modify an existing vinyasa practice, or come as a beginner to deepen your body awareness.
