Yoga found me...once I finally let go of what was holding me back. I had wanted to try yoga for years but I let my anxiety and insecurities rule me. I did not let myself try new things for the fear of failure and what others may think of me. With a helpful push from a good friend, I let myself try something new. I walked into Inner Bliss and tried yoga. It has changed my life for the better. Yoga found me once I finally let it into my heart, and there it will stay!
Why yoga? It constantly reminds me that I am a warrior!

What is in your backpack: My planner and LOTS of school books.
What impact do you want to leave on the world: I'd love to teach everyone (including myself) to love themselves so very fiercely.
