Clear Your Mind. In our final session with will incorporate specific breathing and meditation techniques to our practice that will help you clear your head and increase your focus and decrease your stress. Our discussion will involve how yoga can improve your response to allergens and assist with asthma symptoms.
Open Your Heart. This 60 min Vinyasa Flow will focus on creating space between the shoulder and in the hips, allowing you to feel freedom across the chest and in the lungs. After class we will discuss how yoga improves your cardiovascular health and boosts your energy.
Find Your Center. This installment includes a 60 min Core Focused practice that will build strength on both the front and back body allowing you to move with more grace and ease. After class we will discuss the role of yoga in increasing our proprioception, or how we feel ourselves move through space.
