Yoga 101 for the Brand New Yogi with Kim Rush

Specifically designed for beginners, Yoga 101 is a warm, safe environment where everyone else is new to yoga too.

Over the course of this workshop, we’ll share a brief history of yoga, learn the sun salutations, foundational poses and alignment cues, and guide you through the breath work so that you have the tools and confidence to continue your vinyasa practice. We’ll even give you your first class for free!

Come prepared: arrive 15 minutes early, avoid eating 1 hour prior to the workshop, and bring a towel and water. Don’t have a mat?

No worries…you can borrow one of ours! If you currently practice regularly at Inner Bliss and YOU bring a brand new student to the Yoga 101 Workshop, YOU take the workshop for free as you support your friend and introduce them to yoga.
