Yoga 101 for the Brand New Yogi with Shannon Sabol

Specifically designed for beginners, Yoga 101 is a warm, safe environment where everyone else is new to yoga too.

Over the course of this workshop, we’ll share a brief history of yoga, learn the sun salutations, foundational poses and alignment cues, and guide you through the breath work so that you have the tools and confidence to continue your vinyasa practice. We’ll even give you your first class for free!

Come prepared: arrive 15 minutes early, avoid eating 1 hour prior to the workshop, and bring a towel and water. Don’t have a mat?

No worries…you can borrow one of ours! If you currently practice regularly at Inner Bliss and YOU bring a brand new student to the Yoga 101 Workshop, YOU take the workshop for free as you support your friend and introduce them to yoga.

Healing Grief on Your Mat

Honor the pace of your own journey of healing from grief or loss.

We will experience a supportive 60 minute gentle slow flow and yin restorative practice focused on self care and healing. The practice will be followed by journaling and meditation. 

If you are experiencing loss of a loved one, pet, home, health or are experiencing the end of a career, marriage or relationship yoga can help to heal and restore your sense of wholeness and hope.

  • Gather & sit together to discuss hot topics raised in prior workshops
  • Explore similar messages presented in Ann's classes
  • Collective Q&A
  • Share experiences, changes or challenges you have had since our last workshop together
  • Discuss successes around tools and tips that you've learned from Ann or each other

Inversion and Arm Balances Workshop with Brian

When we turn our bodies upside down, we are literally turning our world upside down.  

The classics like headstand, handstand, forearm stand and all of the crows will be shown. Then we will explore all sorts of ways to add them to your practice to take it to the next level.
