Flow & Restore

Yoga means union, and is a union of opposites...effort and ease, strength and flexibility, expansion and contracting. To find balance in the body, we need both movement and stillness. Flow & Restore is a combination class, starting with a slower paced vinyasa, followed by Yin (where you are holding poses longer) and restorative poses (supported by props). We will flow for half of class to warm the body up, then take the second part of class to use less muscle energy, and release deeper connective tissue, like ligaments, tendons and fascia. You will leave feeling relaxed, and your nervous system realigned.
