I started practicing yoga in 2006, in San Diego, to deal with the stress of making a major move. Yoga has carried me across the country, from San Diego to Atlanta and now back to my hometown, Elyria, OH.
Yoga helps me feel balanced, present, and aware, and it helps me practice kindness and compassion. I am so grateful for Inner Bliss and happy to be part of the team!
Why yoga? Breath and movement.
What makes you come alive? Teaching, spending time with my nephew, traveling.
