where do you call home: Cleveland is my home. I have lived many other places and have family in many places, but the Cleve is my place now.
how yoga found you: I saw a yoga flyer posted saying something like "come and relax your body, mind and spirit." I was deeply in need of that in my life and decided to try it out in hopes that I would discover a more meaningful existence... and I most definitely have.
what nurtures you: My family.

A source of joy for me is... when I am deeply in tune to myself and at peace.
I am grateful for... discovering yoga and remaining open to this process (even though it is sometimes really hard).

I teach... from my own life experiences. I teach so that I can share this beautiful gift in hopes that the world can become a more loving place.
