I am so blessed... to have the most amazing husband & children who give me unconditional love!
If I could live anywhere I would live... in a yurt, on the mountains, by a hot spring.
To keep things interesting I ... travel as much as possible, hunt wild mushrooms, forage edible plants, and attend the Telluride Mushroom Festival in Colorado with my husband every year.
When I'm not on my mat, I'm... hanging out with my English Bulldog in the metro parks, practicing/teaching SUP Yoga on the lake, enjoying time with my family in the Finger Lakes, snowboarding, hiking & relaxing at home.
My favorite hot beverage... Chai Latte with Soy

Best time of day... Calm, early morning when it's still dark ~ with a cup of tea.

With her lifelong love for the art of movement, furthered by her immersion in competitive dance and cheer throughout her adolescence, Mandee Gill is a yoga teacher imbued with passion and peace. Indeed, her journey towards inner bliss coincides with her interest in yoga at Inner Bliss, part of her embrace of her new found community of friends and colleagues in Cleveland.
By deepening her involvement in this world of balance and tranquility, Mandee can attest to the rewards of meditation and a greater awareness of self. She is a graduate of Bhumi’s Yoga Teacher Training Program, a 200-hour certification process, with expertise in the Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra.
Mandee’s commitment to this discipline traverses the continent, culminating in her trip to San Diego and the completion of her SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Yoga Teacher Training with Paddle Board Bliss.
Inspiring in her classes, and compassionate by disposition, Mandee makes yoga equally fun and invigorating.
