In my free time..... I enjoy being home, eating at local restaurants and spending time with family & friends.
In one word, yoga is.... awareness.
If I weren't a yoga teacher, my other dream job would be.... running a bed & breakfast in the woods.
I believe in CLE because... I believe this is a community where people can come together, grow individually and as a whole.

In 2003 I completed Yoga Teacher Training with Bhumi's Yoga and Wellness and also have a Degree in Psychology from Kent State University. Yoga has changed and inspired me. It has helped me to see my life more clearly. I have gained inspiration from yoga retreats, Isha Yoga practices, local yoga teachers and meditation. I have a daily practice and am committed to my inner journey. I have also been a long time student of Jonny Kest who taught me to live in freedom and to follow my path, wherever it may take me.
The spiritual depth of yoga has opened doors into many areas of the study of yoga. Bhakti yoga or 'selfless love' is a part of daily living. “It brings wonderful experiences, large and small.” Close to my heart is my beautiful family, empowering friends, the natural world and the peace that a long breath can bring. “Om Namo Bagavate Vasudevaya” - Thy will be done, not mine.
As I move through life I want yoga to take me where I need to go. I appreciate quiet moments, reflecting and spending time in nature. My hope is to keep living this beautiful, raw, painful, joyful, challenging, fulfilling life with grace and compassion.
