I feel in love with yoga...all the time!  On the mat, I am able to tune into myself and tune out the world. One hour to myself makes a big difference!

My favorite time to practice is...in the morning so I can start the day with energy, breath and a smile - the perfect wake up call!

I have been practicing at Inner Bliss since...I don’t remember the date but do remember the class. I could not figure out why the teacher had the students in downward dog so many times :)

Most of the time I leave class feeling...delightful!  Off the mat, I am able to talk to myself with more kindness, connect with others more openly, and enjoy life more fully.

The pose I love most is...stretching my arms high in the air so my heart shines in all directions!

Words that lift my heart are…begin again.

The breath is...the bridge into the Self and the way out of the Self.

Inner Bliss is...my home. When I arrive at the studio, I smile big because I make a deliberate choice to be there and no where else. I am beyond grateful to each and every staff member at Inner Bliss - you are all my teachers and I love you!
