PGA pro Jimmy Hanlin and his Golf Zone audience and twitter followers are looking for advice on how to improve the quality of their golf swing.

Meghan shared that yoga is the perfect compliment to golf (and many other sports) because it is about meeting yourself where you are and improving in a well rounded methodical way. Steady breathing and muscle strength and endurance, natural components of yoga, bring benefits to golfers beyond their traditional training.
