Cleveland Vegan Easy Quinoa Stir Fry

2 cups quinoa, cooked (same as rice)

1 package tempeh diced to your liking

1 red pepper diced 

6 baby carrots diced

2 stalks celery diced

1 pkg. mushrooms diced

1-2 heads of broccoli diced

1 limes

Salt to taste


Saute tempeh first in light oil and set aside. Then saute all the veggies. When veggies are almost done add 1/2 lime juice to finish. Put veggies and tempeh on top of quinoa and enjoy! Use some fresh lime slices too.
