Why I Show Up: Kimberly Payne

I show up because life is a blessing.

I am grateful for the many laughs, deep conversations, hugs and all of the people I have crossed paths with.  When I am living in the present moment life feels seamless and balanced.

Showing up fully is a practice and teaches me to slow down and remember that often times, less is more.

I love this beautiful poem:

Silent Seat

When you finally take
your calm and silent seat
on the throne
of your own heart
everything begins to fall into
it’s proper place
