Why I Show Up: Meghan Wotsch

I show up because the ripple of change that comes out of my practice is far reaching in my life.

I show up because I want to be the best person I can be to those that I love, and to those I have yet to love.

I show up because at the end of every practice I am reminded to feel gratitude to God for all of the blessings I have in my life.

I show up because my physical body craves challenge, and I love to move!

I show up because I will never achieve perfection in life or practice, but something about that concept makes me want to keep trying.
