Why I Show Up: Mandee Gill

I show up because I can't think of a single reason why I shouldn't.

I show up so that I can be fully present in the moment of my practice, and take that with me into the daily motions of my life. When I show up and live in the moment, I let go of grief from the past, and anxiety about the future. I'm then able to allow my breath to move me through my decisions and reactions.

I show up for transformation, so that I am the most valuable version of myself for my family, friends, and those I cross paths with.

Life is constantly changing by the second. I show up to clear my mind through the breath and movement, so that I can see the positive message in all that changes.
