A Heart-Centered Experience
Join us from Sunday, April 10 through Sunday, April 24 (optional one week or full 2 weeks)
What is A Heart Centered Experience?
7 or 14 days of cleansing and reinvesting in your vibrancy. Participation in The Experience will allow you to open your heart and release stagnant energy as you break free of old habits and learn to listen to the intuitive wisdom of your body.
Includes 4 practices per week, 2 meetings and all supporting materials and happy mail in your in box every couple of days - just when you need happy mail!
The 7 or 14 day workshops involve:
- Open your heart to release stagnant energy
- Break free of old habits
- Learn to listen to the intuitive wisdom of your body
- Deepen your yoga practice
- Realize how to optimally eat to nourish your being; body, mind & soul
- Commit to a new (or a few) Heart-Centered Rituals.
PRACTICE: 5 days of yoga practice per week, 4 practices at the studio & one practice at home. You may attend any class at any time. You don't have to be the strongest or most flexible. All we ask is that you show up. Include a 6th day of "active rest" & rejuvenation in your weekly schedule. Consider massage/bodywork, have a sleep-in, take a walk outside!
LISTEN: Practice Body Listening daily. Details presented at first meeting.
GET WHOLE: Feed your body with only WHOLE foods making delicious, sustaining choices from veggies, fruit, nuts, fresh fish, fresh meat, unprocessed grains, food in the most natural state possible.
HYDRATE: Drink a half-gallon of water each day. Limit caffeine to one beverage each day. Consume no alcohol or soda/pop for the 14 days.
MEETINGS: Attend opening meeting on Sunday, April 10th and support meeting on Sunday, April 17th, both at 6:30 pm. These meetings are the glue that holds the experience together. Come.
HEART CENTERED RITUALS: You get to choose one and commit. This will be covered at the meetings and in a subsequent email.
GRATITUDE PAUSE: a practice of getting still & saying your own gratitude prayer/offering prior to eating your meals or after, if you forget.
