The best thing about yoga is… that is grows and changes with me

The best time of day… early morning when everything is still quiet
and meditative.

I heart Cleveland because… it has great people and a lot going on.

I’m so blessed… to have the love and support of family & friends.

I wish for… as corny as it may sound….World Peace.

My classes are… a safe place to grow and step into your potential – empowering.

A few of my favorite things... having my family together, wet dog noses, early morning in the garden with a good cup of coffee, and yoga of course!

Look for me at… The Root, Outside, in the Metroparks, at Inner Bliss.

The best hugs are... real, heart felt ones.

Words that lift my heart… Love you.

Certified & Registered Yoga Teacher

Certified & Registered Yoga Teacher Yoga saved me when I was a stressed out Bond Futures Broker at the CBOT in the mid-'80s. It healed my body, soothed my soul and ignited my spiritual path. It is my faithful companion.

I received my first yoga certification in 1986 to learn more and deepen my personal practice.  I have been learning ever since.  Ten years later, I left the CBOT, moved to Cleveland and stepped into teaching yoga professionally and spending more time with my family. I actively study many styles of yoga with prominent teachers by attending teacher trainings and workshops. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance at the E-RYT 500 level, a KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Teacher, a Gong Meditation Enthusiast, and am trained in YogaEd and Thai Yoga Massage.  As Adjunct Faculty, I teach Yoga for Educators Courses and Yoga Courses at Baldwin-Wallace University.

I have a playfully-mature, empowering, eclectic style of teaching influenced by my trainings, personal experiences and practice. I am so grateful I found yoga and I love sharing it and watching students grow. I came to the mat seeking ease in my body and had no idea it would change my life! Yoga is the perfect compliment to our wonderfully hectic, stressful lifestyles.
