Powerful Flow Yoga
A powerful class with attention to sun salutations & vigorous heat building poses (asanas), connected with breath and movement. An exploration of back bending asanas, inversions & arm balances. Excellent for developing strength, endurance, flexibility, focus & breath awareness. For the experienced student who listens to their body, takes care of it & would like to explore their edges!
HOT Powerful Flow
(Same as Powerful Flow) Step into the heat for this intense powerful flow experience. Studio heated to 88-90 degrees for greater flexibility and detoxifying benefits. Leave feeling cleansed, with a greater sense of clarity. Please bring water and towels and hydrate well before and after class.
Yoga Flow for All Levels
An awakening, mindful, fluid flow (vinyasa), with attention to the breath. Excellent for developing grace, flexibility, core strength, balance, muscular strength and stress reduction. Appropriate for students of all levels as modifications and embellishments will be offered by the teacher accordingly.
Slow Flow
A mindful, soft flow of gentle asanas with attention to breath. Excellent for developing grace, flexibility, core strength, balance, muscular strength and stress reduction. For the beginning student or those searching for a relaxing yoga experience while exploring the details of breath and alignment.
Beginners Yoga
An inviting class for the beginning student to learn the basics of yoga practices. Also appropriate for any student who would like to slow down and go back and revisit the basic fundamentals.
Ashtanga Yoga
This style of Yoga involves synchronizing the breath with progressive series of postures–a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. This powerful and vigorous practice realigns the body, cultivates a feeling of inner peace, and is at its essense a meditation in motion. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.
Follow the Yogi
Vigorous in nature & follow the leader style. An opportunity for yogis to come together, generate some powerful group energy & learn from one another! Students must have taken at least 8 classes at Inner Bliss for participation in this class. Thank you.
